The posters, cut-outs and everything else you created has had a fantastic impact! We used the materials all over the world and were able to generate great feedback and a very high level of attention for the initiative.
Every two years, the Bühler Group organizes an internal innovation competition: the Innovation Challenge. Farner was selected to design, create, and visualize the competition. The aim of the communication campaign is to motivate the approximately 11’000 Bühler employees to participate.
STRATEGY & SOLUTION
Farner turns Bühler employees into superheroes. Depending on the phase of the project, the agency creates various motifs for the hero story, inviting the staff to “set their inner hero free”. The “Bühler heroes” are used in various communication channels and as office decoration in the form of posters, rotairs, stickers, flyers or newsletters.
Human-sized superhero boards and mirror stickers are placed in the offices. Often frequented areas are equipped with mega posters. Different messages are sent out in advance, for the kick-off and in the final spurt. The motifs are also picked up in the employee newsletter in line with the channel. With the mix of online and offline channels, almost all employees can be reached.
